Peter Bedford

My studies in computational physics at the University of Toronto led me to become interested in AI, then the human mind itself.

Now I am interested in that drive we feel to invest so much of ourselves in art, institutions and brands, and the role that our experience of human-made sensory stimuli (like design and music) plays in eliciting that drive.

After supporting theoretical high energy physics research at the University of Toronto, I joined the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, contributing to research on topics in computational cognitive science.

 

I also solve problems for organizations through branding, graphic design and web design, earning a certificate on Brand Identity & Strategy from the IE Business School.
